Bio:
Dr. Steven Kaganove is a chemist in the Architectural and Industrial Coatings group at Wacker Chemical Corporation in Ann Arbor, MI. He has a B.A. in chemistry from Grinnell College, and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. He was previously a senior materials scientist at Elegus Technologies, and a research scientist at Michigan Molecular Institute. Dr. Kaganove’s interests include silicon-containing polymers, silicones in composite materials, high temperature stable coatings, antimicrobial coatings, dendrimers and branched polymers, surface and interfacial chemistry, and chemically sensing polymers.
