Bio:
Mahshid Niknahad is the Technical Service Group Leader and Applied Technology Specialist in Surface Additives at BYK USA. In her role, she leads a team responsible for generating technical performance data for BYK products and collaborates closely with the Research and Development group to develop innovative technology solutions. Mahshid has extensive experience in the coatings industry, having previously worked at Sherwin Williams, BASF and within the automotive section. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Polymer and Coating Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic, as well as a Ph.D. in Polymer and Coating Technology from Eastern Michigan University
